kambo is not psycho active, you will be able to drive home and go about your day. I usually say to give yourself at least 2-3 hours after before you have any other commitments ( work, social outings , etc)

it is ideal that you have fasted for at least 8 hours. You can have coffee, though I suggest to avoid it until after ceremony. I would stick to water or fruit if you need any food.

It is nice to eat clean the days before ceremony, as the medicine can get deeper if your body is self sufficient and healthy.

please do not over consume water prior to ceremony. This can be dangerous. You can enjoy normal consumption of fluids, but do not over drink.

The water is to be consumed ideally right as the medicine is being applied.

You can certainly work the day of ceremony, you will be physically okay to go. I would suggest to wait at least a few hours to have time to yourself. If you can sit on a day you are off, that is ideal, not because you can’t work but because it is nice to have that time to yourself.

the ceremony is typically an hour to two hours, though you are only with kambo on average for 5-30 minutes. It depends on the person and how open and receptive you are, it also may depend on location of medicine or quantity.

Though you do not. We’d a lot of medicine to have a strong purge.

If you have diagnosed or serious mental illness I would suggest to not or start small and with support. Those with heart conditions specifically electric issues or murmurs should not take kambo. Those with addiction to cocaine may want more professional help before sitting. It is fine to take kambo with cancer unless you are very weak from therapy or deep in stage 4.

Overall if you are healthy and feel strong you can sit with the medicine.
